Keeping data securely protected is something we take very seriously. That's why we've adopted the guidelines of the Irish Data Protection Comissioner on data security.
All our data is stored on a secure server, where physical access to it is carefully controlled. To reduce risk, none of our system data is held at any point on portable devices such as laptops, keyrings, or portable hard drives. We only store system data in access controlled data centres.
All communications between your computer and the TrackPath server is encrypted using the exact same technology as your online banking, making it virtually impossible to intercept your data while it's in transit. We use 128bit SSL encryption for all data communications to and from the TrackPath servers.
Another step we've taken to protect our system data is nightly offsite backups. This is setup to ensure the complete safety of the data even if our system suffers an irrecoverable breakdown.
